Melbourne Cocoa x Gria Spritz x YV Hampers Giveaway – Terms & Conditions (NOV 2025)

1. Promoter 

This promotion is run by The Cocoa Group Pty Ltd (ABN 53 619 944 946), 3/51-57 Merrindale Drive, Croydon South VIC 3136 Australia, in collaboration with Gria Spritz and YV Hampers (“the Promoters”). 

2. Eligibility 

● Open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over only. 

● Employees of The Cocoa Group, Gria Spritz, YV Hampers and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. 

● Entry is free. No purchase is necessary. 

3. Entry Details 

To enter, participants must during the competition period: 

1. Follow @griaspritz, @melbournecocoa, and @yvhampers on Instagram. 2. Like the official giveaway post. 

3. Tag three friends in the comments. 

Each separate comment tagging three new friends counts as one additional entry. Entrants must have a public Instagram account so their entry can be verified. 

4. Competition Period 

● Opens: Sunday 9 November 2025 at 5:00 PM AEDT

● Closes: Sunday 23 November 2025 at 5:00 PM AEDT 

Entries submitted outside this period will not be accepted. 

5. Prize Details 

Five (5) winners will each receive one (1) Gria Spritz Hampers valued at approximately AUD $75, containing: 

● 1 × White Gria Spritz (750 ml) 

● 1 × Melbourne Cocoa Salted Caramel Chocolate Block 

● 1 × Melbourne Cocoa Milk Chocolate Macadamias 

● 1 × Delicio Garlic & Truffle Mixed Nuts 

● 1 × Ricci’s Bikkies × Four Pillars Gin Crackers 

● 1 × Cunliffe & Waters Caramelised Fig & Quince Jam 

Total prize pool ≈ AUD $375. 

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. 

6. Winner Selection & Notification 

● Winners will be selected at random using Comment Picker after the competition closes. ● The draw will take place on Wednesday 26 November 2025. 

● Winners will be announced in the comments of the official giveaway post and contacted via Instagram Direct Message. 

● Winners must respond within five (5) days to claim their prize or an alternate winner may be drawn.

7. Prize Delivery 

Prizes will be delivered by post to Australian addresses only. Delivery may take up to 3 weeks from winner confirmation. 

8. General Conditions 

● The Promoters reserve the right to verify entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions. 

● The Promoters accept no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected entries. 

● If a prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoters may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. 

● By entering, participants consent to the Promoters using their name and/or Instagram handle for reasonable promotional purposes. 

● The Promoters’ decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
